Using the service
Owners agree to use the platform for hotspot billing, voucher generation, and compliant payment collection only.
Account responsibility
Owners are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for the data they enter into their account.
Payment and refunds
Fees, payment methods, and refund policies are managed through the platform. Disputed payments are handled according to transaction records.
Service changes
HotspotBoss may modify features, pricing, or integrations as needed. We’ll update the service and notify users of major changes.
Content ownership
The platform retains ownership of its service software and branding, while owner-generated hotspot data remains with the account holder.
Liability
HotspotBoss provides the service as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses from network or payment interruptions.
